Helpdesks are built to move tickets through a queue. Flowledge is built to make your knowledge better. Every message either gets answered from verified knowledge or exposes a gap — and the system tracks both. Over time, more of your support answers itself.
No. Drafts are generated only from knowledge base entries you've approved. If the knowledge base doesn't contain enough to answer confidently, Flowledge asks the customer up to three short clarifying questions instead. Guessing is not a valid outcome.
Not unless you want them to. In the current version, every draft waits for human approval before anything is sent or published. You stay in control of what your customers see.
Three ways today: point your website contact form at our endpoint, send messages from any system via a secured webhook (with a secret header), or connect Gmail via OAuth to pull in email. More channels are on the roadmap.
Your knowledge base and messages are stored in an isolated, org-scoped Postgres database. API keys stay server-side, webhook endpoints are protected by per-connection secrets, and your data is never used to train models for other customers.
